KaluachJS is a browser-based Hebrew/Civil calendar. It is not as comprehensive as Kaluach for Windows, but was not intended to be. Rather KaluachJS is for use on websites that want to offer a Hebrew calendar. KaluachJS can be modified to include the holidays or events that you (the webmaster) might want to include on your site.
KDateJS is a simple script that displays the Hebrew date on the screen.
KZmanJS is a script that displays a number of important halachic times. The script can be modified for different shitot and locations.
Permission is granted to include these scripts on personal or non-commercial websites (with modifications if needed) as long as the copyright statements and the link to KALUACH.COM are left intact.
Commercial licensing for the Kaluach Javascripts is:
- The license fee for using the scripts on a commercial web site is $50.
- Professional web-site developers must pay the $50 license even if the the script is to be used on a commercial site.
The customization of the script is totally up to the developer, so you have the flexibility to use the script to display how you want.
